Traceability under GPSR

Regulation (EU) 2023/988 requires economic operators to ensure product traceability:

  • Manufacturer name, registered trade name or trademark, postal and electronic contact (Art. 9)
  • Type, batch or serial number allowing product identification (Art. 9)
  • EU Authorized Representative / Responsible Person details where required (Art. 16)

Safety Information & Warnings

Instructions and safety warnings must be clear and readily understandable for end consumers in the Member State of sale. Sector-specific standards (e.g. EN 71 for toys, battery warnings, WEEE disposal) dictate mandatory wording.

Millimetre Precision Export

The label is defined using an exact millimetre coordinate model and rendered via SVG. Raster outputs (PNG/JPG) are calibrated to 300 DPI, and PDF exports generate exact physical label page dimensions for direct thermal or offset printing.
