This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services purchased from Complico Consulting GmbH, Bahnhofstr. 12, 63549 Ronneburg, Germany (“Complico”, “we”, “us”).
Our services are provided exclusively to business customers (B2B). Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
1. Scope of Services
Complico Consulting GmbH provides customized professional services related to regulatory compliance, EU product safety, authorized representation, and advisory support.
Due to the individualized and preparatory nature of our services, work typically begins shortly after order confirmation.
2. Cancellation Before Service Performance Begins
Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund if cancellation occurs before service performance has started.
Service performance is considered started when one or more of the following actions has occurred:
- Review of submitted customer documents
- Request for product, technical, or compliance-related information
- Issuance of service confirmation
- Commencement of regulatory or advisory work
If none of the above actions have taken place, a full refund will be issued.
3. Refunds After Service Performance Has Begun
Once service performance has begun, refunds are generally not available, as resources and professional time have already been allocated.
However, Complico Consulting GmbH remains committed to addressing any service-related concerns in good faith and will evaluate reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.
This applies in particular to:
- Compliance assessments
- Documentation reviews
- Label checks
- EU Responsible Person / Authorised Representative services
- Consulting or advisory sessions
- Preparation of compliance reports
Regulatory approval decisions remain the responsibility of the competent authorities and the customer.
4. Inability to Deliver Service
A full or partial refund may be granted if:
- Complico Consulting GmbH is unable to deliver the agreed service,
- The service is cancelled by Complico Consulting GmbH, or
- Legal or regulatory changes make service performance objectively impossible.
Any refund in such cases will reflect the work already completed.
5. External Third-Party Costs
Refunds do not cover third-party costs that have already been incurred on behalf of the customer, including but not limited to:
- Laboratory testing fees
- Certification body charges
- Government or authority fees
- Shipping, customs, or administrative expenses
Such costs are non-refundable once incurred.
6. Customer Responsibilities
No refund will be granted if service delivery is delayed or rendered impossible due to:
- Missing documentation
- Incorrect or incomplete product information
- False or misleading declarations
- Failure to respond to communication requests
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for service execution.
7. Payment Disputes and Resolution
Customers are encouraged to contact Complico Consulting GmbH directly regarding any payment or service concerns.
We are committed to fair, transparent, and professional resolution of disputes and will review all inquiries promptly and in good faith.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
