1. Delivery of Compliance Documentation

All compliance and certification documents — including risk assessments, Declarations of Conformity (DoC), GPSR technical files, and related documentation — are delivered electronically.

Upon completion of your service, you will receive the final documents by email in PDF or other applicable digital formats.

Standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days per order, unless otherwise agreed. For larger submissions, complex product ranges, or custom requests, additional processing time may be required. In such cases, we will inform you in advance.

2. Setup & Documentation Fee

The setup & documentation fee is a one-time fee per order.

There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

All applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise.

This fee covers the onboarding process and the review, adaptation, and preparation of your compliance materials to meet EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements.

The service includes:

  • Product onboarding and collection of technical information
  • Review of existing compliance documents (certificates, test reports, supplier files)
  • Identification of missing or insufficient documentation
  • Preparation of draft Declarations of Conformity for each product type
  • Label and packaging review for GPSR compliance (warnings, language, traceability)
  • Verification of supplier documentation for relevance and accuracy
  • Preparation of request templates for missing supplier information
  • Final review of documentation for inclusion in the GPSR technical file
  • Support with marketplace-specific compliance setup (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, Shopify)
  • This fee applies once per submitted order and ensures that your compliance documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with EU regulatory requirements.

3. Expedited Processing

If you require priority handling or faster turnaround, expedited processing is available for an additional fee.

4. Order Confirmation & Document Delivery

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once your compliance documentation is completed, you will receive your digital files via email. If you do not receive your documents within the expected timeframe:

  • Please check your spam or junk folder
  • If still missing, contact us and we will resend your files promptly
